What is Fitness In Place?

Our mission is to make movement and learning accessible to everyone. We want you to leave our classes feeling energized, powerful, and more confident than you did before. We aim to do this by providing 3 live, interactive community workouts every week in a safe, body-positive, non-competitive environment. No more guilt driven workout dread!

Our offerings go well beyond our weekly workouts, all that we offer does NOT end there. You can access services that range from an On Demand Library full of stretches, recorded workouts, etc. As well as getting first dibs on spots to health&fitness workshops we host.
